These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vygram website (vygram.com) and mobile application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Vygram. By registering, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You may not impersonate others, create accounts with misleading identities, or create accounts by automated means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, videos, reels, stories, live streams, sounds, comments, messages). By posting, you grant Vygram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your posts to your followers or in the explore feed). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
You may not post or transmit content that: is illegal; sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way; contains nudity or sexually explicit material; promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against people based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or similar characteristics; harasses, bullies, threatens, or defames others; violates someone\'s privacy or intellectual property; contains spam, scams, or malware; or impersonates any person or entity.
You also may not: attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service; scrape or collect user data; buy, sell, or transfer accounts; or use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Live streams must follow the same content rules above, in real time. We may end any live stream and suspend the broadcaster\'s account for violations. You are responsible for everything shown or said in your streams, including the conduct of guests you invite.
You can report content or accounts that violate these Terms, and block users you do not want to interact with (their profile page → menu → Block). We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
The Service may include virtual coins and gifts. VyCoins and gifts are virtual items with no real-world monetary value; they are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use features of the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Service, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change, limit, or discontinue virtual items at any time. Where creator rewards programs exist, they are governed by their own additional terms.
The Vygram name, logo, design, and software are the property of Vygram and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms. If you believe content on Vygram infringes your copyright, contact us at support@vygram.com with details (the work infringed, the location of the infringing content, and your contact information) and we will review and remove infringing content where appropriate. Accounts of repeat copyright infringers will be terminated.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content license during operation, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate or appropriate. User content does not represent the views of Vygram.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vygram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or from content or conduct of any user or third party on the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@vygram.com so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we may notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
