Child Safety Standards

Vygram · Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Our commitment

Vygram has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every part of the service — short videos, live streams, PK battles, stories, comments, private messages and profiles — and to every user, in every country where Vygram is available.

Vygram is not intended for children. Users must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires a higher minimum age. Accounts belonging to users below the minimum age are removed when identified.

2. What is strictly prohibited

Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, preservation of the relevant data, and reporting to the competent authorities.

3. In-app reporting

Every user can report child safety concerns directly inside the app, without leaving the screen where the content appears. A dedicated “Child safety” reason is available in the report menu and is flagged as urgent. Reporting is available on:

Reports are confidential. The reported user is never notified of who submitted the report. Users can also block any account at any time from that account's profile.

4. Moderation and enforcement

5. Compliance with law

Vygram complies with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, and reports confirmed child sexual abuse and exploitation to the relevant regional and national authorities. We keep these standards under review and update them as our features and legal obligations evolve.

6. Designated point of contact

Vygram maintains a designated point of contact for child safety matters, able to respond to questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance, and to requests from platforms and authorities.
